ASSOCIATIONAL MISSION STRATEGIST (AMS)
Caleb Duncan is the Associational Mission Strategist for the West Florida Baptist Association. A native of South Georgia, Caleb moved to the Panhandle in 2014 where he attended the Baptist College of Florida and received a B.A. in Missions. In 2018, Caleb and his wife, Jennifer, attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. There, Caleb received an M.A. in Ethics, Theology and Culture. His desire is to help the local church make disciples and engage culture with the gospel. Caleb and Jennifer have a young son named Hunt. Caleb enjoys playing folk music, preaching and teaching the Bible, and making coffee.

SECRETARY
Sheila Strickland is the secretary at West Florida. She started this role in 1996 and has faithfully served this ministry, as she handles all the administrative duties at the office. Sheila has been married for 38 years, and she has 3 children and 10 grandchildren. She serves at Mt. Olive Baptist Church as a worship leader, treasurer, and preschool and Sunday school worker.
